I love ways to head into a new phase of life with concrete intention.

That’s why I love choosing a word of the year, a word of the month and my monthly and weekly planning routines.

Plus, over the past couple of years, I’ve been obsessed with a new ritual too: taking on a themed challenge based on the specific year we are in, like #23for23.

This year, I’m taking a new approach to my #23in23 ritual and would love for you to join me.

I’m virtually attending 23 bookish events hosted by 23 independent bookstores and/or libraries to show the book love and get closer to the book world that I love so much.

Join me!

Here are the books mentioned in this episode. You’ll find links to my Amazon, Bookshop  and Libro.fm affiliate stores. Thanks for your bookish support!

The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin (Amazon, Bookshop, Libro.fm)

Write For Life by Julia Cameron (Amazon, Bookshop, Libro.fm)

Organizing for the Rest of Us: 100 Realistic Strategies to Keep Any House Under Control by Dana K. White (Amazon, Bookshop, Libro.fm)

Now, it’s your turn!

What independent bookstore and library events should I add to my 2023 calendar?

Share all of your suggestions in the comments below and I’ll do my best to add them into my exciting 2023 line-up of events!
