Books and notebooks have always been a large part of my life, but their role has shifted and changed over time.
Today, I talk about where I’ve been, where I am now and how I’ve been using reading and writing to make life better.
Come listen as I explore restorative reading and writing: what it is, why it matters, how to get started and much more.
After you’ve listened, I’d love to know what you think! Share your questions and comments in the comments below or leave me a voice message. The link is inside your favorite podcast platform in the show notes there.
I can’t wait to hear your thoughts!

I loved everything about this episode. I would love to join you on anything you provide on the topic of restorative reading and writing. Let me know if you need a thought partner or any other help/support in getting this up and running.

I love the ideas from this podcast. As a teacher, we focus so much on academic/analytic reading and writing and occasionally “free” reading and writing for pleasure. But the idea of reading and writing as a restorative practice is something I often do in my life (without having a cool name for it until now) but had not thought about the importance and usefulness of this concept for students.
I would love to deepen my practice in community with like-minded individuals.

Thank you so much for your feedback! This is a concept that is near and dear to my heart and I’m thrilled you’d like to explore it, too. Stay tuned!
